Prepare accurate information before starting

As a preparation step, gather the business’s legal information, a clear description of its products or services, its website, and the intended payout-account information. Use the real owner and business details consistently. The exact documents and fields are determined by Whop’s live verification flow; do not treat a general checklist as an exhaustive requirement.

Keep identity documents and banking details out of a general agency intake form. WhopDFY can help identify the setup step and explain the handover, while the owner completes private verification inputs directly.

Work through verification deliberately

  1. Check the business account

Confirm you are in the correct business before beginning. If an implementer needs access, select a role appropriate to the job; Whop offers team permissions and custom roles. Team management.

  2. Secure the owner login

Enable two-factor authentication in Account settings → Security & Privacy. Whop recommends an authenticator app. Keep the owner’s login and authentication codes private. Whop account security.

  3. Follow the current prompts

Open the payout setup from Balances and provide the requested information accurately. The owner should submit their identity and bank details themselves, then record the displayed status and any remaining action. Verification entry point.

  4. Resolve specific requests

Respond to the exact request in the account rather than guessing what caused a delay. Use Whop’s support channel when the next action is unclear, and keep the business identifier and error wording ready. Whop support options.

  5. Check payout readiness separately

Review the available payout method, displayed schedule, and balance status. Whop says payouts follow the account’s schedule and reserve policy, so completed identity checks do not establish a particular payout date. Payout conditions.
