Who is behind WhopDFY?
WhopDFY was founded by Dylan Sullivan, a former Whop account executive and verified Whop partner. We are an independent implementation agency. We help with the setup; Whop and its providers make their own verification, risk and financing decisions.
This page describes our offer and delivery process. It does not present agency case studies or promise a financial result.
What the free setup covers
If you just want your payments moved, start with the same short intake as everyone else. We collect the business and offer details, agree the basic payments setup, create and configure the business, check the payment links, and invite the owner when it is ready.
The owner completes their own identity, business and payout verification directly with Whop. Your existing website and fulfillment can stay in place. What we build
Fulfillment and feature implementation, CRM connections, automations and custom apps are paid work. Projects start at $500. The audit tells us what needs building; you get a written scope and price to approve before we start.
We do not replace working software just to put another tool in its place. We look for a specific problem: a payment that does not grant access, records that need copying between tools, or approvals your team cannot track. Then we choose a connection, a Whop app or a custom build that fits.

How we get started
Send the intake
Use the WhopDFY audit form. Choose payments only, a wider build, or not sure. The questions adapt to the business.
Agree the scope
We review your current setup and confirm the free or paid work. No extra implementation is included by assumption.
Build and verify
We configure the agreed work and check checkout, delivery and access where they are in scope. Owner verification stays with the owner.
Hand it over
You get the invitation, the agreed setup and the information needed to operate it. Any remaining approval or dependency stays explicit.
Common questions
Is there a revenue minimum for free payments setup?
No. The free payments-account setup has no WhopDFY revenue minimum. Whop’s own business and payment requirements still apply.
Do I have to move my website?
No. We can review a payments-only setup with your current website and delivery tools. Moving fulfillment or rebuilding a site is separate work.
Does $500 cover every custom build?
No. It is the starting price. We price the agreed scope after the audit and ask for your approval before work begins.
Can you guarantee financing approval or a payout date?
No. Those decisions stay with Whop and the relevant providers. We can help prepare and check the setup. See Whop’s financing requirements.
